Hi, I’m Hope James—a pediatric physical therapist, on-the-go mom, and content creator based in Charleston, SC. When I’m not working, you can find me exploring local beaches, playgrounds, and play setups with my girls. Through social media and my blog, I help families confidently support their children’s development through simple, practical strategies that fit into everyday life.
